* Kitserver: Uses new Kitserver 11.0.1 (you must start game via 'krun.exe' or selector)
* Other: Corrected changing kitserver config via selector, fixed Greek & Russian names in 2nd league addons, commentator 'knows' names for Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Standard Liege now
* Teams: Maccabi Haifa, Heart of Midlothian
* Transfers: Added more missing transfers (main leagues and other teams as well)

g Leagues (Bundesliga, Premier League, Ligue 1, Eredivisie, Serie A, Primera Divisi?n) Completed including correct squads, kits, lineups, logos, map locations; All players with correct stats, appearence and boots
